Meet our Directors!

Chelsea Trahan (Lafayette)

Ms. Chelsea has been in childcare since 2008. She began at Mini Me Learning Academy of Lafayette in 2015 as the Toddler teacher. Since then, she has been in every classroom working with every age group. She was appointed Assistant Director in 2018 and became Director in 2022.

"This is by far the most rewarding job. I have the privilege of being a part of each of these kids lives and watching as they grow and learn. From taking their first steps to becoming their own little person with their own little personality brings me so much joy and happiness to my life."

Ms. Chelsea loves almost everything about Louisiana- the food, the culture, the people, the Saints, and Mardi Gras, only things she does not like are June bugs and the humidity.

Mia Judge (Maurice)

Ms. Mia has been in childcare since 2020. She has been with Mini Me for the past two years, where she has worked alongside an incredibly team to create a safe and engaging space for young minds to thrive. She became director of Mini Me of Maurice in 2024.

"My journey in childcare began with a deep love for working with children, and I believe that early childhood education is crucial for building a strong foundation for lifelong learning."

In her time away from the center, Ms. Mia enjoys spending time with her family, going on nature trails and fishing. You can also find Ms. Mia snuggled up with a book and her cat, Salem!
